Some Kind Words…
“What do you call someone who’s been a CFO, built a building, transitions people into new careers, captures light, is a 3-time Top 100 Women in Maryland honoree, and is the chair of CASH’s board? Perhaps “rock star”, but we call her Mary Jean Herron! She helped CASH become their own nonprofit in 2017, joining their new board. CASH’s mission draws her – one of the best run nonprofits she’s seen. She’s worked with or for lots of nonprofits, always bringing creativity and strategic thinking to all. Her newest venture is LandSkySea Photos where she explores light, land and water through her photography. That artistic eye stood her in good stead when she oversaw the building of Healthcare for the Homeless facility, ensuring it was light and bright for people who live in dire circumstances. As chair of CASH’s board, she helps them build brighter futures for those they serve.”
